Bookings must be canceled 48 hours prior to rental to receive a full refund.
Mandatory Waiver Policy
All guests are required to fill out a Strike Zone waiver to participate in any activity at the facility. For guests under the age of 18, a parent/guardian must fill out a waiver for them to participate. Waivers are available at the front desk. We are unable to make exceptions regarding this policy.
